标 题: 尘埃落定,买房了,但只看到灰色

毕 业工作4年了,女朋友也谈了2年多,一向乐观的我不得不面对一个难以回避的问题,要不要买房,犹豫不决中,电视里《老牛家的战争》中的一句话让我下了决心 “姐夫,你是一家之主,可是连房子都做不了主,那不成了碎催了么”,我都没明白碎催是什么意思,但是却对这个词很惧怕,想想女朋友的母亲有意无意的试探, 想想每次带女朋友去家具城时她留恋的目光,狠下了心,买吧
3个月的战斗,终于尘埃落定了,我和女朋友工作这几年全部的积蓄,加上我向家里要的20W,一共凑了80W,买了一套牡丹园70P 180W的房子,女朋友的母亲很高兴,说拿出10W来给我们装修(她家也不富有),可我们俩,却愁眉相对。
房 子是96年的,2居,很破很旧,小区里面也都是一群大爷大妈,楼道里面黑漆漆的,楼梯的扶手上面那一层厚厚的灰,总让我感觉住在废墟中似的。想了想,我们 用我们省吃俭用的全部积蓄,又拿了双方父母在低收入年代辛苦攒下的钱,还欠着银行100多万,就凑出来这么一个东西,一个用破旧砖墙码空气搭起来的这个所 谓房子,心里难受的有点想笑了。可能会有人说为什么不买城外的,那边的房子好,可我看了看地图,实在不确定回龙观和通县之类的地方,到底还算不算北京,而 且所谓的交通方便,只要下一场雨,估计就不用上班了,北京的交通,已经不适合跨区居住了。
我和女朋友都不太喜欢当前的工作,但是现在看到 那张贷款单子,我们俩都把折腾的心放回了肚子里,也许这就是政府想要的吧,每个人都在自己的一亩三分地呆着,欠着国家的钱,一点放抗余地都没有。贷款是 20年的,从今天起,我们需要祈祷,我们的工作一直要稳定,收入要保持住,自己跟父母都要不要生病,生活也不要出大的意外,孩子的问题估计结婚后几年内暂 时不能考虑了。买了房子,却一点都不高兴,不知道为什么,感觉很灰色
